By placing an order on RAAGA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Orders and Acceptance

  • Contract: A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • Availability: All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
  • Backorders: Items marked as “Backorder” are currently out of stock but available for reservation. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your item, and we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will hold the entire order until all items are ready. Estimated shipping dates for backorders are projections and are not guaranteed.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order.

Payment and Security

  • We accept direct account transfer, virtual account transfer, DOKU e-wallet payments.

All transactions are encrypted. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Timelines: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and national holidays. Orders placed during closures or holidays will begin processing the following business day, typically within 24 hours.
  • Risk of Loss: Delivery and Responsibility RAAGA is responsible for your order until it is marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Once the tracking information shows the package has been delivered to your address, the risk of loss and responsibility for the items transfer to you. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred in their destination country.
