REPORTING A CLAIM
Timeframe: All complaints or claims must be reported within 1 day of receiving your package. After this period, the order is considered accepted in good condition.
Required Evidence: To process any claim, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video and photos of the item and its original barcode.
Communication: Once you contact our Customer Service (via WhatsApp or Email), you have 2 days to ship the item back to us.
Case Closure: If there is no response or feedback from the customer for 2 days during an active complaint process, the issue will be considered resolved and closed.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Condition: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Size Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted for size adjustments of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued if an error was made from our side.

Size Exchanges: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (Customer to Warehouse and Warehouse to Customer).

Brand Error: If the error is on our side, we will cover the shipping cost from our warehouse back to you. (Customer still covers the initial shipping to our warehouse).
processing time
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the product before finalizing the exchange or refund.
Timeline: Replacements or refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
